All Chris had to do was look at the location - a surprisingly common thing, when you're booking a hotel. Hence, I stand by my original statement

Anyone else want to see a travel show that follows Chris around Europe? And i do mean follow.. Basically Chris and a camera crew gets dropped somewhere in Europe.. and Chris has veto on ALL travel arrangements. He has to make them, he has to find hotels etc.. He has to do EVERYTHING.. The crew can, when they see they're leading into disaster, ask him if so and so might be better, but Chris will have FULL veto on all plans. It would be a disaster from day one.. but it would be fun.

Good old Liverpool Street Station. Mindfucking foreigners since 1874. From where I live you can get the train to Liverpool Street Station or one to Liverpool Lime Street Station and I have to check every time whether I’ve got the right one. You don’t ever want to make that mistake.

Melbourne has this habit of occasionally renaming its train stations. Sometimes it’s just annoying, like Spencer Street Station becoming Southern Cross Station, but in a couple years North Melbourne is going to get its own station, and the current North Melbourne Station is going to be renamed West Melbourne Station (because that’s where it is, really). This sounds like a habit London could learn.
