For any Chemical Brothers fans looking for the part where he mentions Swoon, skip to 20:00 . You might be annoyed by the fact that he doesn't like it but music is a subjective thing, and not everyone likes the same music you do.

Gavin, to answer your question on why do pull ups fatigue so much, so quickly, it's because it's a movement that's entirely dependent on strength rather than a cardio/endurance movement. You use fast-twitch, largely anaerobic muscles fibers that don't have a lot of mitochondria which our neuromuscular systems only use for emergencies to exert large amounts of strength rather than for repetitive movements like walking or jogging. These get tired very fast, but are also very potent muscle fibers.

Your normal aluminium briefcase can hold 11,856 unfolded, stacked, US bills, so a maximum of $1,185,600. A standard US bill is 2.61"x6.14"x0.0043", and the aluminium briefcase is 17.37"x12.50"x4.25". There can be two bills per column, 6 bills per row, and 988 bills per stack.

@striffydoesartandshizz761010 жыл бұрын
What Gavin was trying to say, was that you enjoy doing something, but you don't want to put time and effort into it, but you still go through with it anyway. That's what 'I can't be bothered' means in the UK.
@LoSTRaMaiR10 жыл бұрын
Why are they arguing with Gavin about the meaning of a (British) English phrase? "Can't be bothered" is not an (American) English phrase. We use the same words, but I have NEVER heard another American say that phrase that wasn't influenced/affected by being around a Brit (for example, the AH guys have obviously started saying things that Gavin says).
@143CodyCandy11 жыл бұрын
Its so annoying watching these and not being able to have a say. Especially as a brit trying to stand up for another brit

A $100 bill is 2.6" x 6.1". 100 $100 bills are 0.43" thick. A typical courier suitcase, has dimensions (I'm assuming interior) of 17.5" x 13" x 4" Assuming we only use whole stacks, we can fit, therefore, 9 stacks height-wise, 6 stacks width-wise, and 2 stacks length-wise (assuming the long end of the bill is perpendicular to the long end of the suitcase). So we could store $1.08M in that suitcase, assuming no partial stacks.

Its the mic hook in points. one is between Gav and Michael, and one is to the left of Barb. just the way they wired the couch. If you watch the podcast where people get up to use the bathroom, they reach there to unhook the mics.

The most effective way to remove an earworm (song stuck in your head) is to listen to classical music preferably Mozart or Bach. The numerical patterns in Classical music help to occupy the parts of your brain that hold onto the unwanted song.

Depends on your source, redarding the banana. "A berry is an indehiscent fruit with two or more seeds and a fleshy pericarp, which is exactly what a banana is." But since it comes from a herb-thingy-plant it is also considered an herb, while still filling thwe quate to be considered a berry.

Gavin, you fatigue faster because lactic acid builds up in your muscles and makes doing more of whatever you are doing to tiring and even hurt, and the more you build the muscle the more resistance you'll gain so you can do more without the lactic acid bothering you.
