Root Redmi Note 4 Easily with TWRP Recovery! [SAFE]

For those who are not able to locate adb folder, you can just paste the recovery file in the platform-tools folder and open command prompt there. And type the commands. Those having Windows 10 may not see the option of open command prompt, instead they will see PowerShell. So simply press Start -> cmd -> press enter -> and enter your address where the platform-tools is present. Also, paste the lazy-flasher and super-su/magisk (personal preference) zip files to the root storage of phone before starting the process. Like this if you find this useful

Dhananjay you missed one of the most important point. You must need to turn your usd debugging mode on. Otherwise it won't work.

Dhananjay Bhosale I just did the whole process without turning USB debugging on, Installed the twrp recovery from pc but first time it did not go to the the twrp recovery instead it was showing some mi recovery mode. But then again tried with turning USB debugging on and this time it worked very well and I was able to root my phone. Even you turned on usb debugging while doing this method but didn't mention about it.

@@sajib787 it doesn't need usb debugging to be turned on. If you boot into MIUI after flashing twrp, that boot will replace the twrp recovery with stock. So you need to boot directly to twrp from fastboot mode. I did "fastboot boot twrp-mido.img" and it perfectly works.
