That's quite an operation you've got going there, very inpressive!

Great job guys. Great video! I root all mine at like 91-95 in grow room, 3days to two weeks for hard to root varieties. Thank you for teaching us all 🐉🔥

By when can direct sunlight be considered?
@RAREDRAGONFRUIT3 ай бұрын
I like to repot them into bigger pots for full sun, but I plant many into the trellis with a 1 gallon sized root ball and cover weird burlap for a few weeks to help the transition during summer

Very great video would you recommend using the sunshine mix 4 in 25 gallon pots
@RAREDRAGONFRUIT3 ай бұрын
Thanks! I would recommend mixing it with sand and pumice because it will retain more moisture than by itself.

Thanks for the information. For how long you keep them in the greenhouse?
@RAREDRAGONFRUIT3 ай бұрын
I take them out when they have a 1 gallon root ball. This time of year, some are ready in just a few weeks depending on the variety and age of cutting.

I just put some DF cuttings in a cloning table (psycloner) with water and Clonex liquid last week, within 4 days I had my first roots. Right now they are full

That works too, Iike using worm castings instead of rooting hormone these days.

Agreed ive noticed when my cuttings im rooting in water have the level drop some below some of the bottom or already grown roots for a night or two theyll grow even more. I saw someone in a humid tropical environment root just leaving cuttings in a cardboard box with the bottoms poking out and covered with burlap.

They will root in our garage in cardboard boxes this time of year. Dragons love heat!

@@RAREDRAGONFRUIThey there I just posted a short of my dragonfruit seedling rooting from humid air. Maybe thought you’d be interested in seeing the root length with no soil around

How similar is pro mix to sunshine mix#4 Paul?
@RAREDRAGONFRUIT3 ай бұрын
Very similar, minus the perlite and wetting agent

The youngest gardner I've ever seen. I notice most get bit by the gardening bug later in life. Should make a video on what motivated you and how you became so proficient at it.
