Big tip for beginners - check the surface you're performing on. Err....rocks, of which you have many lol, can be hazardous - especially for beginners. Great video.

Literally just calling the planes "Hall" and "Wall" unlocked a door in my mind.

Phenomenal. Yes that was a huge help to us too. We recommend putting yourself on a yoga mat and imagine that you are in a hallway. Also be close to a wall, pole, tree, etc. to make sure those planes stay flat! 👍👍 Thanks for your comment! 🙏

Couldn't afford it meeting anywhere and I haven't been 30 miles from my camp in at least 8 years, but maybe i can get enough for online lessons whats the online address directions , I stay at a small village in Arizona lots af little fluffy clouds and beautiful sunsets its a southeastern state in the America's I do have a nice bike if you are ever like 100 miles or less away some day I would be willing to pack up a few supplies and journey to where your at
