Love the easter egg. Have a short rope for working indoors but think it will come with a longer rope at the gym.

Couldn't come at a better time Tim as I have some elbow bursitis. Yesterday I said to myself I wonder if I could use the rope with one arm until I heal. 😁👍

Hi Tim been watching you for over 10 years now since your parkour days, went vegan cuz of you, and for some wierd reason I got unsubed, unrealated but i started doing POI a few years back and becuz im kinda dumb in the head sometimes (happens to the best) decided that the hardest way of doing POI would be the way to learn... about a 2kg cage of burning coal spining 10 cm away from your head is fun and all but the pump on my biceps was unreal (obviously), been thinking more and more of creating a pair of "weightable" POI so I can train flexibility without the weights and some resistence if i add maybe like a jugling ball or 2 to it each side. Have you ever tried doing POI? very similar IMO especialy doing 1 arm stuff like this vid, would love to know your thoughts

Torn rotator cuff on non-dominant side makes patterns like bowlers and back mills sharply painful. Incorporating one hand work on that side where the hand does not go overhead is great for keeping that shoulder as healthy as possible. I have zero desire to go under the knife and six months of rehab.
