Fantastic video. As a beginner I was not doing or understanding the cardinal rule. I watched other videos with "explanations" but this was perfect. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. I am looking forward to more videos for beginners. Have an awesome day Tim.

@@Tims_Gym Hey Tim, thanks for the reply. Yeah hard to find much info on it as it relates to the rope dart but I saw this cat doing it with the rope flow.... kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3fYYoyEm82iasU Am still struggling to get it down with his tutorial and just like your teaching style and thought you might have some more insights. Thank you Tim! :)

Question, please. Where do I buy a Rope Flow rope and how much should it weigh? 5'10, 190 lbs and have exercised daily for years.

Hello! Do you have a video for forward and backward walking with rope flow? I'm seeking guidance on if the rope should be overhand or underhand, as well as how to coordinate the rope with my steps.
@horstuberhorst54023 ай бұрын
Underhand for locomotion, forward and back. feel the weight shift when you do it in place, and pick up the lighter foot in the rhythm of the rope more and more. from there it's only a matter of leaning forward a little and take the step. hope that helps.

Hi Tim. Thanks for the video. I've just discovered Rope Flow through a friend. I'd like to get into this but just concerned if this would affect a previous wrist condition I've had on my left wrist. De quervain's tenosynovitis. Whilst this doesn't bother me anymore as it was more than 5 years ago, my wrist tendons have never gone back to the same level of mobility. I'm just wondering if this kind of thing would aggrevate the wrists into having a RSI? What are you thoughts? Best... (Apologies if this has been answered, this is the first video I've seen on this exercise)

Hey, if you use a light rope it might be ok. You could also try holding the handles in your hands with the rope coming out between the 3rd and 4th finger and that could protect your wrist too. Hope it works out 👍🏼

Hi Tim, hopefully you see this. Does the rope length matter according to height?

Yes it does

Anyone truly get a good workout and get lean doing this or that's not what Rope Flow is about?
@brawndothethirstmutilator98484 ай бұрын
I’ve used a chest heart rate monitor during a bunch of my rope sessions. I’m able to train in all cardio respiratory “zones” and burn a lot of calories when intensity is higher.
