@@tc-scripture5808 Cam smith putting 😂😂😂 just tiger himself was a better wedge player than Sergio, hit his irons better than morikawa, and is one of the greatest putters of all time, I think cam smith is top 10 of the past couple years. Driving could be a number of people other than Bryson, he hits the ball far but not very accurate 😂

@Ll L Tiger was among the top for several years and had been the longest hitter on tour with better driving accuracy and not as good technology. He was hitting it 316 yards in 2005….and 10 years prior 298….we’re talking 1995, 25 years before Bryson started hitting hit 320 lol

Not really surprised because today’s drivers and golf balls are lower spinning, which allow for that reliable fade. Also, a lot of speed comes when you get really open by rotating so hard (which favors the fade).

As a long time golfer waht surprises me is how far a ball going 185mph goes versus how far it did back in 2000. (Tiger was at 185 in 2000) and you would be just nudging over a 300 average back then with that ball speed
