Yes Sir the Swing speed 112 should be a 300yard energy, but his flight is so low about 67ft. From physics, the horizontal portion is more than that from a higher launch!

Trackman is putting out what is called normalized data. Gives the numbers that you would get in ideal conditions, so no wind, some good firm Fairways, nice temperature etc

It has nothing to do with making your backswing "bigger" or "longer". It has to do with involving your core a bit more which yes it makes your backswing longer, but for all the good reasons. I feel like some people will look at this and think, "ah yes! Turn more!" And then they will completely turn back bad using their arms only
