I'm late to the discussion, but if you are still playing and looking for tips... Try getting to your right shoulder into a more athletic position at the top of the backswing. It looks like you actually have a pretty decent amount of rotation but it isn't translating to the tension (ie power generation) that you are looking for. Try getting your hands higher at the top of the backswing. This should open your shoulder a bit a create a bit more tension. Another tip (from Rory actually) is to feel like you are keeping your hands in a wide arc during the downswing. This gives you a better plane to help consistency too. You keep a nice straight left arm throughout the swing already so keeping your hands wide will better let you use those arms as a lever as you rotate. **Not a pro... just trying to be helpful

What were you using to track distance

Widen your stance. Slow down your swing tempo and build it up. Rory is fast because he took a long time building his swing. It's like playing guitar. You don't go at 120bpm on scales immediately. You train your fingers and muscle memory to achieve more precise actions. You've got a great swing man, just slow it down, really focus on his body positions and mess around with your dominant hand starting the backswing. It really helped me achieve a smooth backswing. Cheers brotha.

he's hitting off a tee, not off the deck

Good spot! For some reason I thought he didn’t tee it up. That explains the higher launch angles then! Maybe I don’t need to change anything 😏

The thing really good ball strikers do is shallow during transition. Rory does it very well. You do the opposite.
