I think it’s funny how people act like Rory and Mal are down bad… Their pod is just fine, you could argue it’s been on the up and up since Eddin got the boot… At the end of the day, Rory and Mal were just as valuable as Joe. That pod never gets to that level without all three of them

The Rory & Mal podcast for me is like that one roller coaster in the park that doesn't have HUGE drops, it doesn't go too fast or too slow, and overall just a "chill" ride compared to the other roller coaster (JBP), that goes 70-120 mph throughout the ride, has huge drops, goes upside down, abrupt turns, etc. If that makes sense.
