My goodness thank you so much for this. I wish we had this type of knowledge and guidance when I was younger. I’m 42 now and have unconsciously programmed myself to procrastinate, avoid the things that I don’t FEEL like doing. I now feel like I’ve missed out on so much and have not become who I hoped I would. I tell myself that I still have time to change, I’m still alive and can make something of myself. I’ve always known that discipline is the key but found it hard to implement it. Not anymore. I’m focused on becoming a disciplined person in order to live the rest of my life in the way I choose….
