Really don't know what's going on. But one thing's for sure, ROSÉ's singing always hits deep down inside and adds a touch of color to this boring life. This world is so weird, people who give more kindness often get more criticism. Folks just don't believe why there are people who love everyone like gods, but there is always someone walking in the deepest part of the soul. Not a k-pop fan, but I really love ROSÉ to death. She's got a ton of hate on her back, but she's still like an angel dropped down to earth.

I'm so glad you were able to push thru the haters and listen to a cover song by Rose. Her voice is so unique and beautiful, which can get lost in many of the Blackpink songs, because most are "bangers" and she has about quarter of the lines. I love BP and I love the other BP members, but Rose's voice is truly special. I recommended that you listen to this cover (I suspected that you might like it based on your description of yourself) and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Also, if you like intimate setting like this, look up Rose and Sea of Hope - you might like some of it too. In one of the songs (The Only Exception by Paramore), Rose sings and plays guitar herself for most of the song. And she also sings If I Ain't Got You by Alicia Keys (actually a duet) where she shows off a completely different style of singing. Finally, if you like the Killers, she also sings a cover of Read My Mind, one of my favorites.

I love rosé’s voice ugh. Out of the artists i’ve heard both kpop, pop, alt, etc. She has one of the best voices that i’ve heard. She has such a one of a kind voice that is bright, soothing, and emotional. And her love for music and appreciation makes her as a person better

When Rosé sings live like this, it always chokes me up. She kills any live acoustic performance. Viva la Vida was one of my favorites, but Sea of Hope was incredible. I can't wait for her album in December. I think it will have a different tone from Apt since the songs are personal songs from her experiences. I love your positivity, and no one deserves hate for their opinions. Keep up the excellent work; I hope you enjoy more from Rosé.

If I'm remembering right, this dropped on her birthday. Blinks can correct me. She was dropping songs onto KZbin. I wanna say there were like 4 in a row, like in succession that she dropped on us. It was all in this setting, sorta of say type of vibe. Each one was as fantastic as the last. There is also a video of her somewhere just by herself in an airport lounge where she decided to sing into her phone and broadcast it. It hits you like a brick that NO ONE should sound THAT GOOD thru a phone microphone. She's AMAZING!!!!

Honestly I'm so glad that you're calling out those rude select group of fans who act like this. They're just "haters" or "trolls" that want to stir up emotions, provoke an angry response and get attention. The more success an artist has the more they attract those types of people. i feel like when she was in Blackpink they do a lot of pop songs, a lot of rap and doing her indie/rock covers is her escape :) her previous solos are unlike APT, more along the indie-rock/indie-folk type. If you have a chance, you can check out ROSE originals "On the Ground" and "Gone" (it's in blackpink's channel). I heard the rest of the songs in her Rosie album are a bit deep and emotional (unlike APT). She sort of made the album her diary of her life the last 3-4 years.

K-pop is a really cool and diverse genre but there are indeed a lot of black apples in the fandoms... When you would still like to give it an other chance I would recommend Dreamcatcher. They are more of a black sheep in the kpop industry consistently incorporating rock or even metal in their title tracks. Their other songs on the albums are all kinds of genres from harder rock to jazz to edm. They have a lot of songs but "Deja Vu" is very liked among the fandom, "Justice" is their newest title track and I myself really like "Bon voyage" which is part 3 of a 3-part series (Maison, Vision, Bon voyage). Their fandom is generally pretty relaxed too so constructive critisim is accepted very well.
