@NaMjEsUs I fOuNd JiMiN's JaMs They’re both her real name. Park Chae young is her legal name(Korean). Roseanne Park is her real English name. Rosé is her stage name.

@archana rai you must be new. Roseanne Park is her full name but her Korean name is Park Chaeyoung (well she technically has 2 legal names but she uses the latter in Korea and the former everywhere else). Rosé is her stagename

Thank you for checking out Rosé’s solo. Most Blinks loved it, it really captures Rosé’s personality and her individuality which is what makes it different from a Blackpink song. You may have missed it but there is actually two versions of Rosé in the music video, her past self Roseanne dreaming about superstardom and her super star self singing to her past self. The “you” in the song is actually to her past self, but anyone is free to infer their own meaning and it can be a sort of love song too.

This song wasn’t meant to follow mainstream pop, she wrote it herself and it’s in English because she was raised in Australia so I think she’s more comfortable with English in singing

I love how you guys listened to the lyrics. Not a relationship her relationship with fame and how she reminisces over her old self. Shes the "highest" shes ever been in this group, and she still wants her circle of friends, love and music. She wants to stay "grounded".

This is about her reflection on her life, her journey to stardom, and on what really matter to her". You and I": you = Roseanne Park (her birth name) and I = Rose of Black Pink. The mirror scene: she wrote "Rose" on the mirror, which then it becomes "Roseanne", and then Rose sees Roseanne in the mirror. What a concept! What an inspiration! This choice of this theme tells volumes about this lovely GENUINE, HUMBLE human being.

I agree with you its about her fame and her transition from being a normal person to becoming a Kpop Idol. And for reference her stage name is Rose and her real name is Roseanne, thus the two mirror picture. You are one of the few people who actually caught it, which is awesome. Most thought it was about a love story haha or a break up. But it's much deeper than that and is describing her transition from being a normal person to an idol and how she didn't need to look at the sky for change, but be herself (the person on the ground). My interpretation on the video as well.

Also the entertainment agency doesn't use green screen. It probably a set they made, but there was no green screen, which is kind crazy if you look at the rest of her groups music.

If not I would really like to see your review or reaction on how their personalities are described as each one is presented through half of the documentary and you can also get to watch how the “idols” (called inside of the kpop world) work really hard before debuting they explain this in a small portion of the documentary too 😭😍🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

In the mv she is destroing/burn all the fame !! This video is about roseanne (young) and rosé (now) the white and simple clothes is her more young... the other closes more sufisticade is her now.... she have a lot of dreams but when she reach them is was just an ilusion it wont bring happiness.. she sacrifice the best years of her life (since 16 years old) always practicing singing and dancing in korea alone.... she doesnt have nobody. So she is saying that she prefers the roseanne and not rosé... she is all about nature, familly, swings, friends and her trueself.. so she hit the limosine (luxury, fame) whith a asteroide and prefer the swing See the mv again ... And you have now the making of...is really cool!go see. You should react more blackpink... their messages on the song are the best!
