This song is a version of a classic of Flamenco, the lyrics are from San Juan de la Cruz, a mystic from the Spanish Renaissance, XVI century. He composed these verses while he was in prison and speaks that God is the true source from which the water of life comes out and that although it is night (referring to captivity and pain) if I have God, nothing is missing
