I love bachata, and Rosalia is my favorite singer. To have her singing bachata with that Spanish accent is everything!! Love the message of the song, too. Fame is enticing and intoxicating, but you can’t trust it. Rosalia is absolutely a goddess. The Weeknd sounds a lot like Romeo Santos when he sings in Spanish.

The genre is called Bachata, it is originally from the Dominican Republic. Musicians who sing Bachata are called Bachateros. The two most famous bachateros are Romeo Santos who sings in a group called Aventura, and Anthony Santos. The DR has two national music genres, which are Merengue and Bachata, but Merengue is like the main one. It was invented first.

As a spaniard I must say that the gramatical construction of the song's lyrics are, somewhat, 'strange'. Obviously it is understood, no doubt. It's a spanish lyric with a slightly... lyrical touch. Idk if you got the message from the song, as we can see, at first the public seems to be like not interested in the show, La Fama means the fame and basically it's all about how the fame uses and kills other artist that are obsessed with her just to keep her image relevant and make everybody feel interested in her, expressed Rosalia as La fama and the weeknd as an Artist being obsessed and thirsty about relevance, and how did he end?
