I feel like Ro and Justine need to specifically try Japanese kitchen gadgets! Like Sando De Panda (a better version of the cheap sandwich product here!), Japanese indoor grills, different pans, knives (Justine's fave!), rice molds, and other cookware!

It actually works if you try to make them work: • The vege lawnmower pully thing is for garlics, onions and everything of that type. It's to prevent that teary eyes and cuts. Also if you're needing to dice alot of those things. • the egg cracker is for a clean cut to a soft boil egg. • the multifunctional thing, you can use it for a cabbage, potatoes.. the end is to pit parts of the potatoes. (I prefer a normal peeler.. bigger is not always better but it does work) • the splash guard, you can adjust it lower. It works for lower position too but i prefer using a towel too so i can use the towel to wipe off the sides after.

A lot of kitchen and household gadgets were originally designed to help disabled people. But then were made poorly, sadly. It's too bad so many of these didn't work! Thank you for the review!
@thepersonwiththepanels53512 жыл бұрын
This is almost exactly what I was thinking! Like they’re making fun of people needing gadgets, and yes, I understand it is not intentionally malicious and targeted more toward these badly-made ripoffs, but not everyone has the privledge of full mobility, strength, etc.
@morganjohnson9212 жыл бұрын
I was thinking the same thing the whole time! This video was fun, and I know they didn’t mean harm, but I couldn’t shake the odd ableist undertone.
@comedicsociopathy2 жыл бұрын
Don't think these were made with disabled people in mind but with money lol. I'm disabled and I have a few of these gadgets, some work well, some I don't use often but making a big deal out of Ro and Justine not being disabled and not thinking about the possibility while making a fun video is silly.
@comedicsociopathy2 жыл бұрын
@@thepersonwiththepanels5351 Not one second did they make fun of anyone, you're just saying that to make yourself seem morally superior. And yes, I'm disabled.
@madhattressnightcore27542 жыл бұрын
@Comedic Sociopathy @thepersonwith thepanels As @BrianaLynn7 said I don't think they are activly making fun of disabled people and I also don't think that's what the comment was trying to say. But to me it was quite strange to hear them say things like "if I can do it, you can do it too" or "Who needs this". Because they seem to have no idea over the privileges they have. And especially with this series they could show more people what kind of gadgets there are, explaining them not making fun of them. So I hope they see these kinds of comments pointing that out and maybe they can do better because of it in the future :)

I have this pull string grater at home, but instead of using it for veggies, i use it to mince garlic and chop onions so i can use it for seasoning my dishes! it's super good, even more for people that are scared of chopping small pieces with a knife. just be a little careful when cleaning it and it's a very worth investment imo!

I know that for every teaspoon of baking soda you use 3 tablespoons of apple-cider vinegar, no more and no less, certainly not less or you'd end up with a soap bar in the oven. Decades worth of alchemy and I've at least discovered that much. With the right balance it leavens your pastries perfectly, and what's more, a little cider extract is produced in the process that plays very nicely with vanilla, cocoa, black-strap molasses, and peanut butter. I also know that $4 blender is based on what we called beyblade technology back in the day. And if you don't watch it the whole thing could hit the floor spinning like a tornado and seriously hurt somebody. I never thought I'd see Dragoon cutting vegetables in the kitchen just to make ends meet. Just another sign of the times. We once stopped alien laser invasions with those 1$ miniaturised shields. We used to run across the Sumer desert thrusting our fists out in mid-air like a tae-bo class, all to save the world. Or am I mistaking that for the hashish invasion. Later, a man named Genghis Khan would conquer clan after clan in the Chinese continent of Asia by using the very same 1$ miniaturised shield to reflect sunlight onto his enemy's eyes while striking deafening blows to their bodies.

I’m disappointed in Justine’s “I’ve never had a problem doing it. Just do it.” Attitude. My husband had no problem doing all of those things too, until he was critically wounded in Afghanistan and had 2 strokes as a result. The products may not be good quality, so critique the product, not people. There are usually better quality products that do actually help those in the kitchen. Let’s do better.
