That’s so True a renewed strength after Confession. My last confession I literally felt like a huge boulder was lifted off my shoulders, I felt FREE and that’s the Holy Spirit. I don’t feel it every time after confession but when it does, it’s wonderful.

Confession is the most amazing experience. I feel so much more alive after Confession. Yes when I start to get edgy and unkind, I know that it is time for Confession. It is a heavenly reboot with extra strength to keep going with a clean slate.
