I have the marshal neil yellow climbing rose and the iceberg rose. However, I think there's another native climbing/rambling of India. The rosa multiflora which is widely used as a rootstock also is a climber. Then why isn't it a good one to grow in gardens? I think it's also called seven sisters rose and has beautiful blooms.

hi anchal ji, you can grow plants in clay pot no issues but do not use broken terracotta as a potting mixture or media to grow roses, broken terracotta would be too dry and I don't know anyone who has succeeded using them.

Nature's communication always works 😃, the last rose pierre de ronsard is also called as Eden in United states, This variety is actually available with KSG roses Bangalore but recent reports of that Nursery are not good, the problem is they do send rose plants but roses turn out to be of some other variety, so I will not conceder it as a reliable source for any gardener, Glad you asked this question
