These are so delightfully weird. Cogsworth is the only character I collect (it's a small collection, but I have 6 Cogsworth figurines), so I'm really obsessed with this Cogsworth with the working pendulum.

Yes those are meant to be foxes. It’s a character for a cartoon named Ali and it’s a fox. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ali_(character)

Nope it’s in Chinese. 🤷‍♀️ It says “Ali Figure” in English.
