Well, she waited for 18 years. Took 100,000$ from Weinstein. She had nothing to be afraid of, because her career basically tried out. If she would have been still in high demand, she would have kept her mouth shut.

you want honesty: she got a fat settlement out of this instead of actually trying to do something about it by taking Harvey Weinstein to court which she and all the other "victims" would lose because they were actively complicit or allowed what happened and willingly engaged. Most of them never said no or resisted or walked away yet they wanna come out and say he had mind control over them or that he used his "power dynamics" where they had no will power lol. These women need to take some personal responsibility for their actions. Have a backbone for gods sake and just because he's a powerful person in the movie business doesn't mean he has control over you. Its pathetic

People are ruthless when it comes to Megyn Kelly. However, I'm going to say this is one of the best interviews I have ever seen. She listened to Rose. Asked the questions that are important to the situation. All the while being empathetic. Anyone can disagree with me. You're allowed to not feel the same. In my opinion, this interview shows true journalism. I felt something. Every question and answer was filled with power and emotion. As for Rose, her book title is extremely fitting. I hope she continues to spread the word and ends up with some peace in this horrific situation.

Yes, until pervs like him go down, at least for me, a (different) perv was the last thing on my mind before falling asleep and first waking up. Sometimes it felt like that was all I could think about - how to shut him down permanently. And then he was shut down and I didn't know how to stop the thought process for a few weeks. Perps do eat a lot of our lives.....till they're dealt with.

But isn't your statement/a lot of the comments above sexist too? Because society holds women to a different standard than men in terms of rage. People are saying she doesn't act crazy... when she _is_ crazy. I _am_ crazy. Every man and woman that has suffered at the hands of another person due to sexual violence has lost their minds! We have fallen apart and we are in the midst of putting the broken peaces back together again. And who are all of you to judge our ways of doing it - particularly based on our gender?! Ever heard of the stages of grief? Well rage is one of them. An important one. One that helps you push through fear and denial in order to finally get to acceptance. Being poised isn't in there, because grace doesn't protect you, it doesn't heal you and it doesn't make you stronger. Nothing about trauma is graceful and we shouldn't hold women in particular to that standard.

Forgiveness has NOTHING to do with it. Would you like for the world to force you to live with Jeffrey Dahmer in your own house or your neighborhood freely roaming around continually committing heinous predator evil, with the world only saying to you “Forgive him”... NO! You put this dangerous abject evil heinous predator criminal in PRISON so that you FIRST can finally feel SAFE!

Hope 82 yes I agree forgiveness is something that we come forward in; in order to to put hope back in our lives as long as we stay with a good attitude hope for the best in the future and treat others with respect as we do with ourselves we can have hope as we come to Jesus to accept us as Lord and savior and by allowing him in our lives through trusting in him in faith and that he paid for our sins all we do as sinners is repent for the remission of past sins to be erased and get baptized and believe in the message of god and hear the message by faith like trusting in Jesus like you would if a chair we're broken and you had to sit on it even if it was broken but your trust would be to listen to the message of god and take it in by faith " faith is like you trust in something even if you don't see Him but you anyway trust in Him that He will answer your prayers through your faith and works if anyone has not accepted Jesus as Lord and savior then you need to today he is the only one who can save you from eternal damnation

Bri: As men, we might want to try putting ourselves in her position along with many other women. Now the main issue here and bottom line is that this "Harvey Weinstein" physically abused Rose, he touched her as she stated. And that's probably just the tip of the iceberg because God knows to who and what else he might have done, because I don't think Rose McGowan is the only one. Therefore, he should be slapped with a lengthy prison sentence..........However, I really do think it's a shame she had to resort to cutting her hair short as a result of all this on the account of one man.

If people had just helped Rose how many other people would not have had to go through this .......... Miramax payed off two of Harvey's assistants in the 90's they knew ..... And they kept him working ....... The money was more important

I was looking forward to this interview with McGowen. (Yeah, she's a little kooky. But she was also gutsy enough to call out Hollywood women who were complacent in all this..)...Instead Megyn Kelly steals half the interview to virtue-signal about how down she is with the MeToo thing. That hair story Megyn tells is so stupid. A contentious exchange with a politician does not compare to being sexually used by one of the most powerful men in your industry.

+Nicole G MCGOWAN IS THE COMPLICIT ONE AND NO SHE IS NOT A VICTIM OF HARVEY WEINSTEIN. SHE IS USED TO PREFERENTIAL OR RATHER "NON OBJECTIVE" SPECIAL TREATMENT SO SHE IS COMPULSIVELY TRYING TO MILK THIS FOR ALL THAT IS WORTH, JUST LIKE SHE HAS DONE BEFORE. SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS GETTING INTO, SHE FIGURED I CAN PLAY THIS GAME WITH THIS HOLLYWOOD PRODUCER AND I WILL FORCE HIM TO GIVE ME ROLES, BUT WEINSTEIN WASN'T PLAYING THAT SO HE REJECTED HER AND SHE HAS A PROBLEM WITH REJECTION, SO THIS WHOLE GAME SHE IS PLAYING IT IS MERELY ANN ACT OF DESPERATION.

I'm just preempting (even though this is a years old story 😛) that if anyone thinks the women involved in this are being dramatic, saying "ThEir CaReErS wErE rUiNed!!! 😩", it's not just assault, it's abuse. These women, were not only assaulted, they were silenced, threatened. For if they did speak out about something that they had every right to (it was criminal behaviour, after all), there would be severe legal repercussions. Which is why it's so traumatic. Not to mention the blacklisting, affecting your professional as well as your personal life. It's atrocious that he got away with it for so long. They we now understand more how and why. I hope all the brave women who have come forward, and even those who may have felt unable to, are finding peace and healing.

I love this woman..im just a 64 yr old woman house wife most my life and ex hair stylist not a movie star or out there but can identify with her as a woman betrayed and shamed gaslighted by the other gender , grew up watching my mother enduring the same, hearing the horror stories inflicted on my grandmother by the male gender..i dont hate them i refuse to hate but i sure dont need them and think theyre incapable of being trustworthy..i stay on guard

@kefou kefak Women don't systematically abuse men the way men systematically abuse women. The structures in society aren't set up to unfairly control and abuse men the way they are set up to control and abuse women, for the benefit of men.
