My sharon rose doesn't lose its leaves in the winter. Also flowers last longer than a day for me.

Not on hibiscus or rose of Sharon. They just fall off

Usually through October, it just depends on how many buds are on the shrub.

Both the Rose of Sharon and the dinner plate perennial hibiscus are beautiful. I’m sure you will enjoy which ever one you purchased. If you have room pick up the other one as well, when you get the chance. Thanks for watching and Happy Gardening
