Ingredients:
350 g of "0" flour
175 ml of milk
150 g of a mix of cured meats to taste (in the recipe: raw ham, cooked ham and salami)
150 g of sweet provolone cheese
50 g of butter
1 egg
30 g of parmesan
30 g of pecorino romano cheese
7 g of salt
5 g of sugar
4 g dried brewer's yeast (or 8 g fresh brewer's yeast)
