Ingredients:
650 g of tomato sauce
Approximately 500 g of bchamel
300 g of aubergines
200 g of pasta
4 sheets of lasagna pasta
130 g of Caciocavallo cheese
30 g of parmesan
clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
basil
salt and pepper
Cooking in a ventilated oven at 175° C for 40 minutes.
