Rosie!! I know this is like a year late, but perhaps for Christmas season 2016 - at least here in Canada, I have today discovered VEGAN Baileys!! It uses an almond base and vodka, as well as soy. Have not tried it myself yet. On another note, if you can get the drink Soylent in the UK, its consistency and taste is the most ideal to cream I've ever come across (it's marketed as a meal replacement, but makes just the most ideal vegan cream substitute - it's actually thick and creamy and NOT super sweet/flavoured!)
