Yeah it’s sad, and I think it’s an American thing (says me, an American). In Europe it’s a lot closer of an event in time and family histories. In most European countries that were affected by it, they teach about it regularity in school and have field trips that students take to the camps to see it themselves. Because it’s only taught a little bit in school here, and many Americans in the war didn’t have direct experience of the Ghettos, the Camps, and the Holocaust (unless they were soldiers, victims or family of victims) it’s hard to convey the gravity of it. People like you and I get frustrated because we know it’s not some isolated fluke event in history, but something that can easily happen again, in any modern society, unless it’s root cause (Antisemitism) is vigorously called out and rejected any time it shows up. The problem is her communication isn’t clear. She’s not great with her words in this video. They are easily misconstrued, and they will be used on both sides to either lift her up as somebody who is a hero for antisemitism or as a villain against antisemitism. And this is providing too much cover for someone (Rosanne) who has a track record or saying and doing antisemitic and racist things. She’s a grown woman with an audience. She knows what she’s doing.

@@crypticallegory Sorry, i was talking to text and I didn't do a great job at explaining. What I was trying to communicate was that hateful people will hold her up as a beacon and role model to justify their hatred of the Jewish people. Or she will be seen as a truth teller that yes the holocaust absolutely happened. Her words can be twisted both ways. I also agree with you that she knows better, and if she can't get her words right, maybe she shouldn't be talking about these topics at all. I also agree she has a long history of saying really awful things.

it doesn't matter you should still be able to say what you want even if it was denialism, because of free speech. Free speech isn't there for just speech you like but what you don't like too and in more cases than not it protects those hard views but so be it because it's the point of being free.

Wether you believe there was election fraud or not, it is an accurate statement to say that there are certain topics you cant question… which is a huge problem and the only point here that should matter.

Or they are just sick and tired of dealing with sarcastic people. Like me, i recognize sarcasm, I just think if folks want to waste my time, I'll waste theirs - so I either treat it serious or completely ignore it. Some people practically only communicate through sarcasm, waste of time.

No it implies questioning it only makes sense if you are willing to accept a true answer you don't like. It was investigated to death and there was no election fraud. Doesn't mean Biden or the DNC are not corrupt, it means they got more votes that day
