This beyond any doubt is the best version ever. Rosanne and Stuart are a pair of true musicians. That acoustic guitar makes all the difference, this tune a real toe tapper.

Although Randy Scruggs played guitar on the studio recording, this version from Austin City Limits with Steuart Smith is still my favorite, hands down. Glen Frey and Don Henly really should have made him an official member of the Eagles when he took over Felder's role

I love the story about how she got this song. One day, her manager came to her and said,I want you to try this song out and see if you like it. She said she loved it and could they get it. It wasn't until she read the album cover that she found out that her daddy had written it.
