I know you'll enjoy hearing from my guest Diotima Mantineia as much as I enjoyed visiting with her for this episode of The Maverick Podcast!

Ohhhhh, moss, moss is taking over under trees in my yard. I love the moss, love walking on it. I noticed not long ago. I was happy. I Iive an hour from Asheville in Whittier. There is a wonderful farmers market in Sylva.

Life force...food. The book Like Water for Chocolate comes to mind. The energy of the young woman who was preparing the food for her sister's wedding was in grief and the food made everyone weep when they ate it. I speak to every growing plant in my garden. Thank my trees, and the trees I pass on my walks in my local park. I tell them how much I appreciate their shade and variety of colors . They give me such joy.

I suspect a lot more people talk to trees than will admit to it like we will. 🙂

I am really loving these interviews, and found myself nodding in agreement through the entire podcast. Thank you for that excellent definition of magic. Having been, well, unpleasantly admonished is a good way to put it, for my spiritual seeking and beliefs, the commonly accepted idea of 'magic' makes me avoid the term out of fear. So many great guests with wonderful books that I will have to be buried with in order to get through my Want To Read list!

Thank you Kathy & Diotima, that was a beautiful discussion. Many years ago a did a short course in Ayurvedic cooking and one thing that really resonated with me was when the teacher said, if you look in the fridge and your celery is a bit limp, give it more love. Currently I live in a small home, and not able to grow vegetables, I have a beautiful loquat tree in my rear garden and a few big trees in the neighbourhood. There are also many enchanting birds here. The love from the trees and birds feed my soul. Thank you both ❤❤

The 100th Monkey reminds me of a book called The 100th Woman by Kate Green which is an off take of the 100th Monkey. Fascinating discussion which resonates. My sun and Mercury are 5°s apart in the 5th house. I enjoy going deep, going for underlying reasons, walking between worlds. I enjoy bringing the depths to Light. I have to know. Intuition is my best friend. Thank you both. Evolution of consciousness, love it.
