Wow, Roseau has changed. There's hardly any water in the Roseau River. I counted 4 bridges from the jel bouchouri Roseau Market/Fisheries Complex. There is a stadium I noticed was it tennis courts where theBasket-bball/Net ball courts were? Wow!

The island is beautiful, BUT ROSEAU RIVER NEED WORK.DA has many heavy equipment/operators that is capable of cleaning the RIVER..

They actually did some work on it last October and it really looked nice. Heavy rains have since damaged the work that was done. I hope they can do something more permanent.
