This walk is listed in one of my walking guides to Yorkshire. Says the climb to the top of Roseberry Topping is a wee bit "stiff". Thank you for convincing me that there's no way I am ever going to attempt that while showing me what I am missing out on. I did a knackering 953m climb in Bingley the day before yesterday. Great views but tearing my lungs apart is probably not a price I'd pay in future ;)

The steps of doom! Wish I had a tenner for every time I had been up them 😂. Never had the summit to my self but one thing that never changes is the view, which is amazing. We love the walk to the Monument, sometimes RT can be packed so we bypass it and see nobody on the Moors trail. Loved those wild geese😂😂 Its got to be about 2 years since we last did this route so on my list to do again asap, cheers Alan

That is pretty awesome...those rock stairs are amazing and wonder just how long they may have been there and the feet that have tread them...and even a bit of snow to keep it interesting...fantastic views!
