Can you compare your old Malden mini to the newer one? I saw from their website that the ring size have changed. I was wondering if anything else did too. I think for this size, even a couple of cm changes is significant because it helps me know how much I can make it chunky.

I did a brief comparison 9 minutes in of the stone and ochre but I can't definitely film a more thorough comparison of the new and the old mini. Thanks so much for the suggestion and thanks so much for watching!

I have a the new Pocket Malden and yes there is no way you can use side tabs with a pen in the pen loop as they get totally crushed. I have a Mini Finsbury and as in your video the side tabs are totally fine. What I just don’t understand is why Filofax still supply the Maldens that come with side tabs that are totally wrong for that organiser if you want to put a pen in the pen loop. As far as I can see they don’t even supply top tabs seprately for this size anymore. I just don’t get it! Why don’t they supply top tabs or better stil change the configuration of the pen loop? Enjoyed your video.

Thanks so much for watching! And hello fellow Canadian! For Filofax planners I generally buy them either off Amazon or the actual Filofax website during sales. For these ones in my video I bought the black through the Filofax website, the Stone second hand (it’s also found on Amazon Japan), and the Ochre second hand (also can be found on the Filofax website and Amazon Japan and USA). The Finsbury I got off the Filofax website. Another way you can buy preloved is search the hashtag #plannersforsale on Instagram as well as Facebook groups. Just search BST planners and a whole bunch should pop up! I hope this helps!

I read that prior to 2021 mini maldens had 13mm rings, 2021 onwards have 15mm

I enjoyed the video 👍🏻 Yes I checked and it’s on the Filofax website, it’s prior to 2020 (not 2021 as I originally said) ive got an older mini Malden but ive not measured the rings. I hope they bring out more colours 🤞🏻
