Thank God I found you, mam. Actually I made a soap out of caustic soda, coconut oil etc. When I tried to cut the soap it broke into smaller pieces😢. Then I tried to melt it again but even after 20 minutes, it was the same pieces. Very much worried as I've spent time and costly oils to make it. 😓🥺Kindly give an idea mam

You’ll want to add some water or oil, and you’ll need to warm it on a very low heat for an extended period of time. Coconut oil makes a VERY hard soap! You’ll be able to salt it out for sure. If you knew exactly what was wrong with the recipe you might be able to “fix” it with a rebatch.
