It's done!! I'm so proud of all the animators who joined this project to make something wonderful :D
This MAP is something I've had planned for almost 2 years, and to see it finally happen is a dream come true. Thrushpelt is one of my favourite characters, and his friendship with Bluestar and his neverending support for her is inspiring.

Thrushpelt trying to defend Bluestar from Tigerclaw was so sweet, and him being horrified watching Bluestar descend into madness as she rejects Starclan... it just broke my heart. Very beautiful map !

Beautiful map!! Showing thrushpelt watching over and reacting to bluestar's life after he dies is such a unique thing to portray in a project like this, it just makes it all the more sweet when they finally reunite! AAAH THIS MAP WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND SWEET! I absolutely loved it!! Everyone did an amazing job! I really love this portrayal of Thrushpelt, the idea of him always being there for Bluestar, even in Starclan, is so 💖! I feel so bad for him, especially in the scene where he realizes he can’t intervene when Tigerclaw attacks her. He has always supported her and cared about her, even though she wasn’t interested in him.

OOOH THAT END :( I LOVE THRUSH SO MUCH, i wish we had more of him and what he thought of when with blue and her family, and even before that. When he first caught feelings, what he thought of when he found out she was pregnant, before and after the kits and when he was dying of greencough, hopefully blue was there with him :(

I like a MAP/AMV finally showing more than what was in Bluestar’s prophecy. Like ideas on how he died or how he felt in starclan. ALSO HOT TAKE! One or more of the Erins during a QnA stated that in Starclan Oakheart & Bluestar did not like each other anymore. Mostly cus she gave up her kits & that made him think less of her. If ‘TECHNICALLY’ mates could happen in Starclan on even a simple liking each other level. Ya boi Thrushpelt MIGHT have at least a CHANCE now.

Thrushpelt’s death isn’t specified in the books - I interpreted it as him growing old and becoming sick, rather than having his life cut short in battle or on a patrol :D

Oakheart was Bluestar’s mate! Thrushpelt was her friend who had a crush on her :)

To add more, So Bluestar & Oakheart were in rival clans. So she told NO ONE who the mate was. Since Thrushpelt was mooning over her constantly, everyone in her clan assumed he was the father. He told her he knew that she had kits with someone out of the clan but that he loved her so much he didn’t care & he’d hold her secret for life. He faked being the father so that all of the clan never got suspicious of where her kits came from. He enjoyed playing roll of the dad & loved the kits till she abandoned them to Oakheart & lied about it to her clan, stating a Fox or Badger tore open the nursery & stole them. Even though she rejected his love all her life, he stayed a close & trusted friend.

Also hot take. One or more of the Erins stated that Oakheart & Bluestar stopped liking eachother entirely after she gave up her kits to him. That he lost respect for her. So PERSAY if relationships could happen in Starclan, Thrushpelt TECHNICALLY has a chance with her.
