The rotary axes are 1:100 reduced with HD planetary gears and powered with 3000 rpm brushless motors

The CNC has the probing command G38.2/3/4/5 with very high precision position capture which works also with rotative axes so YES (creating a custom macro that does movement and math). Link: wiki.rosettacnc.com/en/software/mdurosettacncsoftwaregcode/probing

@@ipadize Do you mean the pivot RTCP points of kinematics? If you mean the tool offsets there is a G43.7 ( wiki.rosettacnc.com/en/software/mdurosettacncsoftwaregcode/rtcp ) but pivot points require, at moment, to write them in settings.

Pivot points are in setup, which requires, that CNC is in STOP state ( wiki.rosettacnc.com/en/software/mdurosettacncsoftwaregcode/rtcp ). So a macro can touch a spere to calculate the true values, generate the pivot points data and place them in a HUD message or in #xxxx parameter to be manually placed in settings. Another way could be to create a Python script to run the macro for probing, get results and with the Python API Client framework write them to settings in a wizard RTCP calibration procedure. The CNC Control Software has an API Server and with Python API client it is possible to run external plug-in which operate with CNC (for eg. here we have a python external program which add camera vision features to cnc operating commands to CNC with Python: kzbin.info/www/bejne/b4OommSwost3hqc)
