Thank you for this uplifting podcast. I know it has benefitted me and has enhanced my living my best life. I am a retired Social Worker/ Therspist and did a pot of the early exploration of your topics as I struggled to work with abused and neglected children, then battered women and then the families in thee military at Fort Bragg/ now Fort Library. The spiritual piece became figural as I sat this people in my heart. It was a journey of discovery and the willingness to be vulnerable, taking risks and being willing to walk out on the edge/ledge. Thank you for taking this further. You make my heart smile💯‼️♥️🔥

Thank you for so many enlightening words! Only one example, the J. Baldwin quote: "Moral apathy leads to complete moral disengagement, which is in itself a form of suffering." Where do we begin...maybe here: "Help the poor- won't you help poor ME " ( B.B. King)
