This was an amazing meditation for me. When we got to the Fire and in toning RA. Something happened taking me to another level of unconsciousness. I held that note for at least 2 or 3 min. I felt intense vibrations. I stopped only because I allowed my conscious mind to ask, is this possible. I had to laugh at myself. More than this is possible!
