I recommend the books. The series left out some really good scenes between Ross and Demelza. Their love story is beautifully written.

People say that he's been an ass recently and Demelza has never really been happy. They also say Demelza should just run off and be happy with Hugh..... This video proves that she was happy, look how much they are both smiling during this. They truly love each other and Hugh could never replace Ross.
