I would love the GRINDSTONE mk 2 because its the most all-round hangboard and you also have the jugs. I don’t have a normal pull-up bar so I think the GRINDSTONE mk 2 with the jugs is perfect for me. Also I didn‘t get a hangboard for christmas 😢😅.

Great to see a more strength building approach with the 4 hang sets (though 10sec seems longer than necessary for getting most motor units recruited this way). Have appreciated tension products, the whetstone is neat to adopt some consistent loading concepts to this, but Id get a grindstone simply for the sake of transference of warmup to most gyms as I usually use the 22mm edge whenever available.

Curious, as a bigger guy, do you find that Tension's offset grip system makes you feel cramped hanging on the board? I am pretty wide myself, and having the grips so close together makes me feel like a t-rex trying to hang. I feel a lot more natural on the Beastmaker where the edges are on the sides of the hangboard, utilizing its whole width.

The honestone would be the ideal hangboard for maximizing gains in slopers. With the 35 and 45 degree edges it wiuld give me great options for maximizing progress.

I think the honestone would be perfect for me! I do like the two finger pockets of the whetstone, but I want to do hangs on smaller edges and it only goes down to 20mm, whereas the honestone goes much smaller!
