Jim cornette has talked about how you can prep glass bottles by boiling the bottles then dunking them in cooler water and it causes micro fractures. The bottle will break easier and not hurt them from blunt force but the glass can give you color, and if anyone in the crowd picked up a piece of the bottle it would be real glass. Jim went off on a rant about aew, then went and told about how they used and prepped glass for the territory days and the newer companies where he prepped the bottles himself.
