How on earth does this not have more views. One of the catchiest songs ever out of Oz. Awesome!!!! 🇦🇺👍

yeah nah these pricks should have a good long look at themselves... if you haven't had this song blaring at you whilst being spun around in a Gravitron to the point you're nearly passing out at Luna Park you haven't lived.

Have seen him many times and always fantastic and his sense of humour is hilarious! He is the only singer I’ve ever seen get up literally every person in a whole concert hall and “DANCE “ Usually impossible as most men don’t want to dance Was really something too see ! And the atmosphere was like everyone was kind of linked and in that moment nobody had a problem in the world And that’s the power of musicians and music!!! ps Shout you a beer 🍺 if you can guess what song?

Ross Wilson certainly isn’t under rated in Australia! And he’s the only musician I’ve ever seen get literally every person at a concert and “DANCE “ As we all know men who would never dance! But those blokes too got up !Amazing thing to see and for a moment everyone didn’t have any problems and it was just magic Ross an a few of his band mates from Mondo Rock hung around after the show And I just went to say how much I enjoyed the whole gig and be on my way But he and his mate just kept talking and we ended up in a shout And asking things you would never otherwise know And being told amazing story’s Great Man The Cool Grand Daddy of Ozzy Rock

They certainly have missed But you don’t miss what you never had And it’s not their fault modern music went that way Remember being young and the peer pressure too like certain music? Well they probably have to say they love it or risk being outcast? Myself I always went the other way.No sheep mentality for me And I would listen to every thing from The Glenn Miller Band too Rose 🌹 Tattoo

I remember being at school when this song came out and being obsessed with Radio Birdman, The Church, Stone Roses, hip-hop and house. I thought I was pretty hip and was normally dismissive of stuff like this. Then I heard this and woke up to myself and realised that great songs can come from anywhere and anyone. I love Daddy Cool, Mondo rock etc and no longer think I'm too cool for the "old stuff" ha ha

Such a bittersweet song of getting older, losing the idealism of youth and discovering the harsh reality of humanity and life, reminds me a little of Leonard Cohen's Everybody Knows-wonder if Ross wrote this about his experiences with the music industry?
