That purple is gorgeous! I have the cuccio dip powder system and the plain powders act the same way as the glitter powder you used in your video, so i get crisp straight lines. Little tip tap your jars on the table to level the powders before dipping the nail in if you are colour blocking . I always just used uv gel top coat as the top coat that come with the system aren’t as shiny sometimes xx

I love that you tried and shared I use a clear powder as the first coat and go over the two color coats with another coat of clear powder I think they are smoother that way I love using dip hope your mom let you do hers 👍

I know this was a while ago but the color will only go where you put the activator so do one section at a time so your not contaminating the other colors. You can also use a thin tap to get a straight line.

Great video! I wonder how do you remove their product? I wish the purple and pink cutout worked better, I mean the first dip into the purple glitter wasn't as "sparkley" as the dip closest to the cuticle. Thank you for sharing!!

I’d use if over a natural nail to give it extra strength but I have seen people apply tips then go straight in with the dip powder. I’m not trained in tips though! Xxx

Can you use the powder like a regular acrylic powder as well? (I mean with monomer) I really like the light pink color.

They do supply replacement brushes for the bottles but if you wipe off as much excess powder as possible the brush won’t clog quickly xxx

I’m a chef.. so am extremely hard on my nails. I use the Gelish brand & it’s fantastic.. it’s acrylic so strong, but lighter than a full acrylic.

Tip☺: When doing colour block, use a soft brush between colors so u don't contaminate your powders. In order to get a straight line, use the base only on the part u want to apply the color. So don't cover your whole nail with base at once. Just apply where u want one color to go, dip, brush off excess, then apply base where u want another color to go, dip, brush excess, etc. Does that make sense? Lol. I'm terrible at explaining things too. I haven't tried these yet. I've heard bad things about the removal of the product from the nail...it wrecked their nails or it was a nightmare to remove. Maybe u can demonstrate that. In Canada we have Sensationail and Red Carpet I think at the drug stores. If you're feeling rich there's also Sally's. Lol. Thanks Natalie.💓 Have a great weekend😁

Hi Natalie, please excuse my stupidity, I'm new to nails, but is this system to be used "instead" of acrylic or gel or " instead" of nail polish? I'm sorry if this is a silly question! Lol
@NatalieMugridgeNailArtist6 жыл бұрын
You can apply this over tips, personally I would just use it to strengthen natural nails (instead of gel polish) but that’s just me! Or apply over acrylic/gel extensions instead of gel polish? Xxx

I'm a little confused and perhaps you can help. I have this set, I watched a tutorial of another gal and our bottles are labeled differently. Our activator is the same but my base went on smoothly but my top coat was like a superglue while hers were the opposite. Can you tell me what yours felt like? I'd really appreciate it! Thank you!
@NatalieMugridgeNailArtist6 жыл бұрын
The base is a resin so should be more like super glue. Sounds like they may have mislabelled your bottles? Xxxx

@@NatalieMugridgeNailArtist ok, thanks, that explains it. There's no way this "polish" is chipping! I think is lose my nail before it chips off!

Hi, just wondering if anyone has had an allergic reaction when using these products? I'm allergic to both acrylic and gel nail products and even hema-free caused a reaction. It's so hard not being able to get my nails done and just using nail polish so I'm looking for something that will work for me without causing any reactions. I did try emailing Rossi Nails to find out what the ingredients were in the products but never received a response. Many thanks :-)
@robinbowman45496 жыл бұрын
I'm POSITIVE you already know, but just for anyone who is new they suggest pouring a bit out of pot,(they even sell a specific "dish" for it) so you only contaminate what you're using when doing a color block with dipping powder. The problem with that is you're still losing or contaminating some of the product. Lol But I guess if you do the same kind of block again, or you're not worried about the money...... But anywhooo, I just wanted to help with what I had been told...♡♡♡
