Hi I don't know if I did something wrong but after applying the 3 one my nails didn't get shiny and got kind of small balls 😢 what did I do wrong?

Hi Luana! There are several possible causes for not achieving enough shine after the application of the Rossi Glam Powder Top Coat. First is the use of a fan to dry your nails. Wind from Fans may give you a frosty, dull or wrinkled look. To achieve the desired shine, please allow the product to dry alone for 2 minutes.
