This would be a great investment for someone to renovate for vacations, if made into three separate apartments. The kitchen in the second apartment could be adorable, especially if used as a mini kitchen for guests if a door into the next unit can be made or recovered. A lot of potential made even better with the reduced price. I am also excited to see another episode of your own home you're working on. 😊

Beautiful! I would not change those doors and windows as they make part of the character of the house. Would just go with some floor and doors hights levelling and taking out the cement render that makes the walls peel off. Old houses have more lime morter, they need breathing out humidity and a cement render does not let them so

Such potential! As a couple rapidly approaching seventy the downstairs apartment would be ideal since there are no stairs to navigate. The other two apartments would be wonderful short-term or long-term rentals.

I think this place needs another price drop. Then maybe some interest. Curb appeal. Drill away fake stone around the outside of property. How expensive to change window opening to floor. And add more windows for light. ? It looks like the stone floors are badly stained. I just see a m
