This property is wonderful!!! I love the subtle change in architecture in this village compared to Molise and Abruzzo. The balcony rails are more ornate, the ceilings are a really high and the kitchens are charming and old-fashioned, but still useable. The paintings are lovely. What a wonderful life this artist must have had living there.

That aluminum bathroom door opens to the skylight well in the bottom (first apt) bathroom. Meaning the living room of apt 1 is sitting under the living room of apt 2 and they can be connected with an internal stair to make one really big house. Wonder what that other big entrance looks like, on the outside.

I love all the rooms it goes on forever. That cute little apartment just gorgeous. Unbelievable price for what you are getting. And you can park your car in front of the house on the street so important. Is all the furniture included I know you said maybe the paintings but all the furniture is it included... I just love the character of this building The arches made of wood absolutely stunning I just love this place.😮😊❤ Oh and the closets the storage you can make walk-in closets unheard of in Italy. So intriguing. You show us a variety of properties and there are many that appeal to my curiosity. Italy is old and fascinating and it makes me want to know the history of these unusual houses.

But that back entrance looked like it was blocked off by some type of supportive wooden bar across the ingress. Nice property but needs a bit of work to get it updated to a clean and modern standard. At least in the kitchen and bath areas. The place needs a thorough cleaning and repainting IMO. Very nice deal! Lots of space. Love the art studio and its adjoining paint mixing and storage area.

WOW! That is fantastic! A deal in price and it would need new windows in many areas and a good paint job. That second entrance will be fantastic once it cleaned out and with some minor remodeling can become a bright welcoming area! Are there any architectural restrictions on doors for entry ways as well as windows. Here where we live there is an architectural agency in charge of the old town with many restrictions as to what can be done to the exteriors of buildings. They want to preserve most of the old Venetian architecture in the Old Town.

Hello! I am loving what you all are doing to promote Italy real estate! This property is by far my absolute favorite of all properties I seen so far on y'all channel. Answer me this, are payments accepted or are all properties cash only?

Beautiful thank you really thank you. ❤ I would love to add a loft in the large room in the apartment for a bedroom room loft Finishing the entry room downstairs like you said Remodelling the kitchen. That way I could rent it out to have an extra income. Hmmmm have to think about it Wow another apartment to rent out. That would pay the mortgage if you need one. Wow

What do they do for heat ?
@rossinniandco9 ай бұрын
Usually when a place is used as a summer home owners don't install heating. For this property the set up is ready for the heating they look like tubes below the windows

One English phrase for that column of open space with the windows letting in light would be " light well ".

You could potentially carve this into three separate living spaces, a) the main rooms, b) a studio apartment with separate entrance in the former studio, and c) the upper floor apartment. That way, you could have a home and two rental units for income.

Where is the heating..?How do the Italian women cook in those kitchens?
@rossinniandco9 ай бұрын
This place has been used mostly as a summer place and often in such cases people don't install heating. There is some set up already done here for heating as per the tubes below the windows. I don't think I understand your other question
