Question about that back wall by the terrace. Looking at the video at 20:15 mark is the faded green door part of this house or is that a neighbor. We are trying to determine if you could build up that way to make that door more private if it belongs to this house.

Hello Fiorella, Love your videos! Because of them, I considered retiring to Italy and purchasing a house. The Internet says that in 2024, an annual income of $40,000+ is required of a couple (without Italian heritage), and working is not allowed. Is my understanding correct? Thank you.

No bathroom??!! The stairs, all of the stair's especially the ones to the basement is a nightmare!!! Knock the house down and build a new one if you can build a decent house based on the narrow width of this house! 🙏🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊😊
