You hardly ever see a large kitchen and lounge in Italy, love that and the Italian feel of the kitchen - that oven is so good!. Great that all the "guts" are in the basement/cantina area not visable upstairs. Agree with veronicaroach it needs a repaint of all the orange !

Yes, kitchens in Italy can be not what we expect. This one is definitely a more regular kitchen like the ones we are used to in America and OZ!

Overall, a great property. Love the kitchen. Paint is easily changeable. I don't know if it would be feasible, but an ensuite bath and closets in the attic area would be lovely. I like that the entrance to the house is on the side of the house. Is the entire side usable or just half? Are you able to park in this area?

WOW!! I absolutely love this house & this video!! Thank you so much for sharing this property with all of us!! I did however, have quite a great laugh at some of the comments that people have made on this actual house! Concerning scorpions 😂 I live in the state of Nevada in the US and I’ve had two scorpions inside my house not that I like them, but they are part of life 😆😂 As for color, I’m not a huge fan of orange, but I love this shade of orange. I think it’s beautiful and I do believe that Italy is all about colors!, vibrant & full of life!! that’s one of the reasons I love it so! I also think that I told you in a comment once before that I really like your videos because you show everything whether it’s a scorpion, flies, 😂maybe a little mouse droppings on a window sill, good things, bad things, I want to see it ALL!! And know all that I can about a house beforehand so I’m prepared and don’t fall into ‘bad’ surprises!😮I for one want to see it ‘all’, see it all and you show it I appreciate that ! Those might be little pest that we don’t like or want, 😂. But they are to be expected especially in a house that has been sitting unoccupied for some time. As soon as people move in you can push the pest out!! Please you guys keep the property videos coming exactly as you are! They’re GREAT ❤ I love them! Especially the awesome prices!!🎉

It’s a lovely home. The only problem I see is the strong colour in a couple of rooms. Also some of the decor doesn’t have a coherent scheme. These are cosmetic problems and if fixed by the new owners I can see a very attractive home. Thank you for an excellent DVD.

It has been nicely done, except I would have to paint all that ghastly orange & yellow - hate those colors together ! If you want to sell a house you need to stay as neutral as possible, now you have to wait for somebody who loves orange & yellow ! Happily the colors are better upstairs !. That's a nice big bathroom, and the bedrooms are a good size too. Great floors ! And the spacious attic is a real asset too - could use that for an office or hobby room or something similar since the cantrina is also available for storage. A great property IMO ! Only missing outdoor garden area or other place to sit outside whch might be why nobody has takenit on yet !

My thoughts almost to a T Veronica! The design, size of rooms is really good plus the tiling choice and craftsmanship look excellent. Likewise, the downstairs paint choice is an inexpensive quick fix with the attic tidy enough for storage. I waited with excitement for an outdoor balcony or little green space - sadly none was shown. Price wise though considering the quality upgrade, is - extremely reasonable. Thanx so much Rossinni&Co for the tour - *double thumbs up* for your very helpful "sticky notes" and in particular, the outdoor arrows showing us where we were exactly!

I don't think I saw it but you're probably right. Scorpions are very common in Italy, but it's not something I worry about. We have a garden and in 1.5 years I have seen 1 in the garden and 1 in the basement 👍
