The first time I saw one on the road I didn't like the rear end but I was sold on it not long after. Holden was really good with styling toward the end particularly.

Enjoyed the review of the Clubsport. The supercharger really improved the performance of this car. I really like the look and the sound of it. Would be a lot of fun to drive. Can’t beat a manual. Credit to the owner.

Yea we did have a couple of instances during filming where there seemed to be a misfire in 3rd gear above 3500rpm. I had Graham West Workshops take a look and turns out 4 of the spark plugs (oddly all on the drivers side bank) had eroded tips. And they were iridiums. They also found a problem with a few spark plug lead boots slightly melted where they had been in contact with the ceramic headers, which they replaced. The plugs were also replaced with the copper variety and the car was put back on the dyno. It now revs right out with no misfire. Its a pity this wasnt detected prior to filming..eh.

Man, I’ve owned my G6et coming on 4 years now. Brought stock and now makes 494rwkw. And TBH I’m kind of over it. Would love me a big manual v8. The noise isn’t relatable with a Barra. Even with my G6et being cammed it just can’t compete

Yea I rarely carry passengers and I recently had the front bumper and rear bootlid resprayed. I then had paint correction done professionally then did a ceramic coating myself.

Yea the engine wasnt firing properly. Turned out I had some eroded spark plugs. Had them replaced with new spark plug leads and redynoed the week after filming and it now revs right out.

Amazing it hasnt been STOLEN ,FLOGS in Melbourne are stealing VFs left right centre its a FKN disgrace to be honest ,i personally walked into the middle of a theft and the entire crew were there ,one under the dash three others on lookout in broad daylight ,luckily i stopped this VF being stolen but not without a knife being invited to the scene by the coward ,cost him alot of money to have a fancy immobilser installed ,insurance premiums skyrocketed on hes car and now hes weary as to where to park it

If you actually watched the video you would know the EDi unit is still in the car. And their not worth $5k. More like $3k (new) and they don't work. Often I would be in 4th gear and the EDI was in neutral. They are over-rated to say the least. And put your shirt back on numbnuts..

@@ryno1808 Yea as I said in the video, I still have the EDI unit and can put that all back if I want to but I doubt I ever will. I'm not selling. And just as a side note - the EDI is way over-rated. It rarely worked properly and the head unit was as laggy as hell. I would be going through the gears and it would say I was in neutral. Sometimes it would catch up and realise I was in 4th as I down changed to 2nd and so on. I much prefer the super responsive Alpine head unit with my apps, Android auto, Warez, and so on.
