The only house I've ever seen where the bathroom is bigger than the kitchen ! Badly needs an extension for decent kitchen - otherwise it's charming !

Funny enough, I think the kitchen *is* an extension to the original cottage. Probably wasn't used as a kitchen when it was first built on. I agree with another poster, turning one front bedroom into a kitchen is a better option.

Very nice, but no need for three bedrooms in a cottage like this, I would turn one of them into a kitchen without taking space from the outside for it!

It's a holiday home so having 3 bedrooms is more lucrative. Holiday makers don't care about the size of a kitchen.

I agree. But then again, it seems once property is shown, whether on KZbin or private showing, it's bound to get picked up. Nice, but kitchen much too small. 😟
