Twistzz on Liquid in Big Events before being IGL has a 1.14 Rating 2.1/85 Firepower rating/ 0.74 KPR and after switching to IGL has a 1.07 / 61 / 0.67 . If that's not a significant drop off I don't know what is. The stats get worse as IGL when you look at vs top 20/10/5 opposition as well

Considering huNter apparently does alot of 2nd calling and does G2's pistols, I wonder if it would be logical for him to transition into the IGL position since hes not consistently fragging anymore. Spinx/Perfecto would be interesting pick ups to replace Snax if huNter transitioned.

It’s as simple as this: G2 barely won ANYTHING with arguably the most mechanically skilled player to ever touch the game, and a prodigy top 3 awper in the world the last few years. imagine if hooxi was playing with a team even SLIGHTLY less skilled. They win ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. If the most insane duo in cs can’t carry you, you are TOO HEAVY. What is the possible argument against that??
@ddr4v7z10 күн бұрын
I'm all for Hooxi slander, but you can't be saying that a team who won Kato and Cologne barely won anything. They obviously should have won more. They should've had an era, but that doesn't mean Kato and Cologne are minor victories.

@ddr4v7z10 күн бұрын
@shcaboose They are the two biggest non-Major tournaments. The two biggest wins of Niko's career btw. Karrigan failed to win a prestige event with him. They are massive trophies that should be appreciated as massive accomplishments. They were 0/3 at Majors under Hooxi btw, including the one they missed entirely. Pretty poor aside from the semifinal they made with Nexa. He's not G2 quality. I just hate the all or nothing mentality some sports fans have towards Majors or "rings".

26:20 Hey Richard, I understand you're not a fan of me and my work, but how can you talk about what I say and don't say when you don't actually read my reports, but the HLTV article? Here is what I said in my ewjerkz/jambo report: "However, nothing is signed and the Saudi organization is always on the lookout for good opportunities on the market. They will be keeping a close eye on market developments following the upcoming arrival of ropz at Vitality, which will force FaZe to look for a replacement." I did talk about them in the Heroic report: "As we reported, the IEM Katowice 2024 semi-finalist remained on the lookout for big opportunities, but was talking to Michel “ewjerkz” Magalhães and Dmytro “jambo” Semera, who presumably serve as a back-up solution." The thing is that Falcons needed a team, and even if they were talking to different orgs for cores, they got a lot of refusals and they need to secure players as backup in case everyone said no. It's that simple. Also, 80%? I've reported 150+ roster moves since 2016, you can't be real saying I've got 30+ wrong. I know you're not a fan, but come on. I'm not trying to start a beef with you, I'm happy you're still making CS content, I'm just defending this points, which I think are a bit unfair (80% and not reading my actual report but HLTV).
@RLewisReports10 күн бұрын

Elige placing is just cause he had no stadium matches so I guess HLTV find it hard to justify placing him higher than people that have shown what they can do in a stadium whereas with Elige you just have to assume he wouldnt drop off. Also the groove quite its so strange, he is just saying that the team which was ranked #40 or something that was completely rebuilt right before the major and was only allowed to play because perfecto was a substitute making the major is an achievement in and of itself. Like he said he wanted playoffs but obviously getting a team with 3 entirely new players that need to be taught a system and such to the major is not a given so it wouldnt make sense to be mad about them not making the playoffs
@ddr4v7z10 күн бұрын
Why have players who were mediocre in stadium matches ahead of him then? I understand why not having stadium matches would matter if you're comparing him to Donk or jL who were insane in arenas, but even players like Xertion, iM, and Jimpphat were ahead of him. Is the implication that it's more impressive to be bad in arenas than to be on a team that isn't good enough to get there? I just don't get it. Anyone with eyes could tell that players like Xantares, Elige, and Nertz were far more impactful in 2024 than many of the players ranked ahead of them. They just happened to be on worse teams.

@@ddr4v7z iM had a above average second half of the year and NaVi wins we're team based they been in 6 finals back to back you can't take away that from them is only normal for all 4 players of NaVi to be in top 20
@ddr4v7z9 күн бұрын
@@trplg3921 iM obviously was great the second half of the year. The problem is that he was as terrible in the first as he was great in the second. His year as an individual was obviously not as good as the names I mentioned above. I don't know how you argue that really to someone who has been paying attention. It is important to remember that Counter Strike is a team game. It's not tennis. Some teams are greater than the sum of their parts. NaVi is a prime example of that. Players like iM and Wonderful, who are both very good players, were still wildly overrated by the HLTV list as a result of their team's success. It's really not inconceivable that the team of the year could only have one or two great players if they were playing more cohesive CS than everyone else. This is exactly what NaVi was.
