Roswell pickups Harley Benton vs Tonerider Vintage Plus telecaster

Thank you so much, that was really useful. Harley Benton TE 62 arrives tomorrow. If it's any good, I'll order a set of these. A definite improvement in top. Though, the Roswell aren't bad, the upper treble is a bit spikey, thinner and sizzley on them. The Tonerides are smoother and sing, in a more pleasant bell-like way.

Excellent trial, both are nice, Toneriders slightly crisper and punchier to my ears. Roswell are surprisingly good 👍

Had my pickups replaced for a TR vintage plus on the first day I bought a squier affinity, great round and worm sound, the clarity from the stock ceramic is amazing, one of my best guitars

Salut Piche merci pour ta vidéo on percoit bien la diff avec le velour des TR. J'en ai monté aussi des alnico 2 (Rocksong) et 4 sur LP et superstrat a la place des Rosewell "de série" et j'en suis content ! Fais nous d'autres vidéos ! ;-)

Those Roswell pickups are actually pretty good. I prefer the Toneriders but it's close.

Yeah they seem much better than their PAF style. I just got a Harley Benton Tele and some AC2s for an Epiphone, was gonna get TRs for the Tele but maybe just the bridge. Neck sounds good with the Roswell.

Tonerider is slightly brighter. Not better or worse. Just a little difference. Whats your opinion?

Hi MC ! Thank you for watching my video. I agree, more clarity and attack but the Roswell pickups are not so bad. The difference is quite subtle. The difference is felt above all in the definition and balance of the notes in a chord. It's my opinion.. Traduction: Salut MC ! Merci d'avoir regardé ma vidéo. Je suis du même avis, plus de clarté et d'attaque mais les micros Roswell ne sont pas si mal. La différence est assez subtile. La différence se ressent surtout dans la définition et l'équilibre des notes dans un accord. C'est mon opinion..

Thanks por all the vids, im just figuring out which guitar to buy. Im between the Harley Benton TE-62CC SP and the Gear4music Knoxville. By far im prefering the Harley Benton.

Did you see the new TE62DB? 10 bucks more for double binding on the body. I got the Lake Placid Blue coming in the mail.

Both sound nice, though the Toneriders sound better. I just ordered a TE62DB LPB. Looks like I can leave the stock for a little while. I just got AC2s as well for an Epiphone so depending how much I love those I may get TRs for the Tele as well. Still 230€ for guitar plus Toneriders. Incredible deal. Merci Beaucoup

TR just feel more full and open. I guess there was no difference in dynamics.
